The reception and concierge staff were incredibly helpful. Excellent service and food at the Chinese restaurant. Attentive and friendly service from the female staff. Club floor amenities and terrace on the 7th floor. Unexpected present for baby upon arrival. Excellent room service. Delicious smoothie during breakfast. Spectacular view from the room.

Great amenities offered at this hotel, including a gym and multiple restaurants. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The best part was location of the hotel. There was a mall across the street, which was convenient for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat.

The room was quite small and outdated. The bathroom was not clean, and there were stains on the towels.

The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent view of the city skyline. The location was convenient, close to the airport and a shopping center. Moreover, the hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially liked the terrace on the 7th floor and the Club floor. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the smoothie served during breakfast. a highly recommended hotel for its location, cleanliness, staff, and facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we were impressed with the well-equipped and comfortable accommodations. The hotel facilities, including the club floor and terrace on the 7th floor, were excellent. Additionally, the hotel's location in a nice neighborhood, near a shopping center and just a 5-10 minute walk from the metro station, was very convenient. The staff exceeded our expectations, especially Ms. Vera at the reception, who provided us with pleasant and hospitable service throughout our stay.

Spacious and clean rooms, impeccable service, and great gym facilities. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the rooms were well-maintained. The gym was one of the best I've used in hotels before and had a great selection of machines. Additionally, the water dispenser was a nice touch.

Limited dining options and lack of recognition for loyalty program members. The restaurants at the hotel were often full, making it difficult to get a table.
